Gamer's Choice?

I was looking at the submission form and discovered the option to “Participate in Gamer’s Choice”. Could someone fill me in on what it means?

Sorry for missing this question! It means that you allow anyone to download and play your game, allowing you to recieve the gamers choice award if people vote for you.
